TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to the transactions processed by A K Singh Limited (Trading online under brand name SwamiLaptops). All transactions made, online or offline, are subjected to the acceptance of these conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing order. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subjected to change without notice.
Our Terms and Conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations which ensure that our customer can shop with confidence.
Any disputes shall be adjudicated according to the laws of England and Wales.
1. Website Usage
All content of this web site including but not limited to the text, designs , images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, written and other material including the program and source code that operates this web site (together the "content") is protected by copyright, trade mark and/or other proprietary rights owned by or licensed to A K Singh Limited. Any download/print/copy of material from website www.SwamiLaptops.co.uk shall be used only for personal purpose and not for commercial gain. Any such usage for commercial gain is strictly prohibited. If you wish to make use of our material outside of the terms of this disclaimer for any other purpose then you should contact info@SwamiLaptops.co.uk.
2. Restrictions – Age requirements and limits on orders
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
3. Order Process
3.1. Online purchase
Once you have made the payment you will receive the e-mail with order progress. An Order is not considered to be final until and unless you have received confirmation e-mail from us. In case of any decline for order you will receive rejected e-mail from us.
You will be provided with an order reference number, details of the products and an invoice, which can also be seen online from your account.
3.2 Order Tracking – You can track your order from my account by logging into our online shop www.SwamiLaptops.co.uk. You will also receive the order process updates as they happen.
3.3 Order Cancellation
Any request to cancel order must be send by email within 24 hours of your order request, quoting your unique reference number given at time of purchase; to cs@swamilaptops.co.uk or on free phone 0208 889 3079. If however your order has already been despatched then normal terms for returning your purchase will apply.
4. Prices
Until and unless mentioned all prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds and exclude VAT payable and delivery charges.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change any time till delivery. If products become unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try our best to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, sometimes, an error can occur. If we discover any error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you accordingly and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
5. Availability of Products
While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and if we have taken payment, will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
6.1 We accept all major credit cards payment via Paypal and Google checkout, cheques, wire transfer & BACS payments.
6.2 All cheque, BACS, and wire payments must be cleared before any products can be dispatched (please allow up-to 5 working days for clearance). Purchase Orders should be e-mailed to sales@swamiLaptops.co.uk or posted on A K Singh Limited, 6A Northbrook Road, London – N22 8YQ to reserve goods. However, no goods will be dispatched until we are in receipt of the original order. Our bank details for BACS and Wire payments can be obtained by sending e-mail to sales@swamilaptops.co.uk or from sales team on free phone 0208 889 3079.
6.3 Any clerical error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, pricing on the website, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of A K Singh Limited.
6.4 We shall not be liable to you for any loss whatsoever relating to password or user name access to your account. It is your responsibility to protect your own password and or user name that has been forwarded to the e-mail address you have provided. Unless informed by you in writing as to the opposite we will consider any e-mail address given by you is indeed your own personal account and is secure. We take no responsibility for any third party abuse of your e-mail account.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery of the products shall be made to UK mainland addresses only unless agreed otherwise. The delivery time depends on the delivery method you select while making purchase.
7.2 We will endeavour to deliver your goods if in stock within the working days specified by delivery methods (with the exception of weekends & public holidays) but time shall not be of the essence. If we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason you will be notified and will not be obliged to pay for the goods. If delivery of the goods is delayed by more than 30 days, you shall be entitled to contact us and cancel the order. Any monies paid in respect of goods, which are not delivered, will be refunded.
7.3 Next day deliveries must be processed before 2 PM that day, if not they will be despatched the following day. This service cannot be guaranteed.
7.4 Products, other than faulty products, may not be returned after 7 days unless we agree that there is good reason for us to receive such goods back, if we agree to accept these goods back into stock they are subject to a 15% handling fee. We recommend that you make full use of our sales team for advice prior to purchase. We adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
7.5 If products arrive in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We shall arrange collection of the poroducts (other than used products) and will either replace the product at no extra charge, or refund any monies paid by you for the products, at our discretion. A K Singh Limited cannot accept liability whatsoever for claims made under after this 24-hour period has elapsed.
7.6 A K Singh Limited must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if any part of your order is missing, damaged or incorrect. A K Singh Limited will accept no responsibility after this time period.
7.7 We will deliver to alternative addresses provided you have instructed to do so, you are agreeing that anyone situated at your alternative address has your written authority to accept goods on your behalf. We will accept no responsibility for goods once they have been delivered to and signed for at the requested address.
7.8 Delivery Charges. All our delivery charges are displayed in the shopping cart, or on the other page, or via our sales team and are based on UK mainland only. Non-UK mainland will incur a surcharge please contact our sales team for a quotation.
7.9 No liability for direct or consequential loss; damage arising from any delay in delivery will be accepted by A K Singh Limited.
7.10 Delivery time for Flybook latops are 2-7 days. We don't provide next day delivery for flybook laptops.

7.10 Delivery Address
For first order we will deliver to your billing address only for security reason.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery this excludes business-to-business sales. Any laptop(s) returned within seven days for refund that require re-installation of the operating system may be liable to a £50+ VAT charge which will be deducted from any refund due. Kindly contact our customer services department for an authorisation number on 0208 889 3079 this must be labelled on the product you are returning, items received without authorisation will be returned directly, it is your responsibility to pay the return delivery costs. This does not include spare parts such as hard drives, laptop memory etc. The product must be returned unopened; however we will endeavour to respond to your individual needs where possible.
8.2 Software supplied that does not show any product key externally may be returned but must be un-opened and unregistered. Any software that shows a product key externally and that requires registration with the manufacturer to allow it to function fully is not returnable or refundable.
8.3 All products come with the guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship only (excluding software and some consumables) as specified by respective manufacturers. We don not provide any in house support/repair of any faulty products. Support/repair is provided by respective manufacturers as per their terms and conditions.
8.4 You shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement of damaged goods if the defect arises because you fail to follow the manufacturers instructions as to use, installation, commissioning or maintenance of the goods, or you alter or repair such goods without our written consent.
8.5 If your goods become faulty within the first 12 months (excluding software, used laptops and some consumables) we will arrange for any repairs to be carried out. We will endeavour to offer you a fast and efficient after sales service. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8.6 Refund for Flybook laptops are not offered except for DOA products.
9. Warranty
9.1 All new laptops and other products carry a guarantee period as specified by respective manufacturers. Full warranty details are available with product, on our website within the product description, or from our customer services team. It is your responsibility to complete and return the purchase registration form enclosed with the goods to the manufacturer.
9.2 Extended warranties are supplied direct from the manufacturer and require the customer to register them with the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions; A K Singh Limited accepts no responsibility for failure by the customer to register their warranty packs in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
9.3 All other goods except laptops are sold with the benefit of a full 12-month Return To Base warranty. Should a fault occur please return the goods to us with a description of the fault, your full postal address, copy of original invoice, and we will exchange the item immediately, or provide a refund if we are unable to provide a replacement. It is your responsibility to return any faulty product back to the place of purchase (A K Singh Limited) at your own expense, whereupon these goods will be shipped back to you free of charge.
9.4 If products are deemed tampered with in any way your warranty will become void and you will become responsible for the costs of repair and return shipping. If no fault is found or software you have loaded has caused any hardware faults you will be responsible for the costs of repair and return shipping. A K singh Limited will not be liable for any transit damage that may occur on any product you have returned to us for repair.
9.5 The warranty does not cover, accidental damage, modifications to, failure(s) not due to manufacturing defect(s), software of any type licensed or otherwise, when any warranty void sticker has been tampered with, failure to comply with the original manufacturers conditions of intended use, any accessories supplied with a used laptop, or software corruption where re-installation of your operating system is necessary except due to hard drive failure. A K Singh Limited cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from unauthorised repairs to equipment during the warranty period. Only A K Singh Limited or the equipment manufacturer or their authorised service agents can carry out any warranty work. Any unauthorised repairs or repair attempts will void the warranty.
9.6 In relation to new products the company will accept liability for defective goods only to the extent that the company is entitled to make a claim under the manufacturer's or publishers warranty and obtain from the manufacturer or publisher a refund, credit, repair or replacement of the defective goods.
9.7 Laptop Displays. Due to the nature of laptop displays there is normally a tolerance of faulty pixels allowed by the manufacturer before it will be deemed to be a faulty unit by the manufacturer. A laptop display will only be deemed faulty if the number of failed pixels exceeds the manufacturers stated amount in the manufacturers warranty conditions.
9.8 In the event of product failure we are not responsible for the loss of any data that may occur, nor whilst we repair or exchange this product under the terms of warranty. You are strongly advised to back up all data on a regular basis.
